Stephanie, Heather, Rick and Sally Jones are all part of the family partnership of Jones Family Vineyards.

Sally and Rick Jones are life long lovers of wine who developed a passion for grapes while living in France in the 1970’s. After returning to the States they made wine on occasion with friends. In 1991 Rick and Sally fulfilled their dreams of a vineyard lifestyle and settled into growing and living among the grapes in the Napa Valley. They founded Jones Family Vineyards in 1995 and continue an active role in its operation with Rick serving as CEO. Rick is also highly involved with the Napa Valley community serving on the Board of St. Helena Hospital and the Wine Auction Disbursement Committee for the Napa Valley Vintners.

Sally and Rick’s daughters, Stephanie Bailey and Heather Melvin, have recently gotten married, but are staying close to home and involved with the winery. Heather and Stephanie run the sales, marketing and operations of the winery together. Both their husbands Dan Bailey and Greg Melvin are also avid wine enthusiasts. The third generation of Jones Family Vineyards began when Madeline Claire Bailey joined us on March 29, 2004.  Lindsey Jane Bailey was born June 30, 2006 and is following in her big sister's footsteps as a wine and grape lover! They will both get to teach their cousin, Georgia Sally Melvin, born October 8, 2007 how to master a grape walk.
