NO on HR 5034

As a small winery we sell the majority of our wine direct to our consumers and rely on open state shipping laws to do so. Since we began in 1996 our access to customers has increased as more states have allowed direct wine shipping. H.R. 5034 is a bill before congress that would hamper progress in opening more states.
