2013 The Sisters
2013 The Sisters
<p>The supple mouth feel and red-fruit core of the 2013 The Sisters makes it incredibly approachable early. The color of this wine is a translucent deep garnet and aromas of rose oil, lavender, and mint emanate from the glass. On the palate the wine is very round and fully reminiscent of a soft flower petal in feel and shape. Notes of dark cherry, river stone, and jasmine are finely layered and framed by light tannin profile that provides just the right amount of structure. This wine should be showing well for the next 5-7 years.

<p><br>"Wow! The 2013 The Sisters from Jones Family Vineyards is a sexy and opulent Cabernet that is going to turn heads for the next decade. Sumptuous aromas of blackberries, cassis, and graphite lead to a lush palate that offers layers of dark fruit, baking spice, and soft, supple tannins. It impresses with finesse and depth of harmonious flavors now (decanting recommended) and will continue to offer pleasure for the next 7-8 years."
