Notes -
"Deep, dark
ruby in color. Has a ripe cassis and blackcurrant type
fruit in the nose with layered aromas of sweet oak and
toast. Pretty classic for Cabernet. Bright powerful
fruit in the mouth, lots of blackberry with a wonderful
chewy texture. Big and rich in the mouth has an elegance
and softness at the same time. Light dusty tannins in
the finish. Overall a balanced, lovely wine. Has its
own distinct footprint unique to this tiny estate vineyard."
